This is the project of Áron and Karina, a passionate couple working the rugged, volcanic slopes around Lake Balaton. They do literally everything themselves here: from working the vineyards and the cellar to designing the labels and running a tiny vegan kitchen in the summer. Their wines are made in minuscule quantities and always feel a bit wild, in the best possible way. It might sound like an unusual combination on paper, but in the glass, it works beautifully. You immediately taste the lively energy with notes of red berries and ripe cherries. Thanks to the barrel aging, the wine also gains a wonderfully soft texture and a subtle spiciness.
